Ovi opći uvjeti odnose se na korištenje internetske
trgovine “mihaljevicmed.hr” isključivo na području
Republike Hrvatske.

- Uvjeti kupnje
Ovim Općim uvjetima utvrđuje se postupak naručivanja,
plaćanja, isporuke i reklamacije proizvoda ponuđenih
na našim stranicama. Postupak kupnje odvija se kroz
sljedeće faze:
- Naručivanje
- Plaćanje
- Otprema (dostava)
- Preuzimanje
- Povrat / reklamacija
Kupcem se smatra svaka fizička ili pravna osoba koja se
registrira ili izvrši narudžbu putem web trgovine
Mihaljević med.
Sve cijene izražene su u eurima (EUR) i uključuju PDV.
Proizvodi se isporučuju po cijenama koje su važile u
trenutku narudžbe, neovisno o datumu isporuke.
Mihaljević med zadržava pravo neisporuke narudžbe u
slučaju sumnje na zlouporabu.
2.1. Registracija
Za korištenje usluga Mihaljević med web trgovine
morate imati najmanje 18 godina. Kupac je odgovoran
za točnost i potpunost svih podataka unesenih prilikom
registracije ili kupnje.
Ako dođe do promjene podataka, molimo Vas da ih
ažurirate u svom korisničkom računu u rubrici “Moj
korisnički račun” u što kraćem roku.
2.2. Naručivanje
Proizvodi se naručuju elektroničkim putem. Pritiskom
gumba “Dodaj u košaricu” odabrani proizvod dodaje se
u korisničku košaricu. Proces narudžbe sastoji se
od tri koraka:
- Prijava ili unos podataka za račun i dostavu
- Odabir načina plaćanja, načina dostave i potvrda
prihvaćanja Općih uvjeta - Potvrda narudžbe
Nakon završene narudžbe, na e-mail adresu navedenu
prilikom registracije primit ćete potvrdu primitka.
Ukoliko ne primite potvrdu, molimo Vas da provjerite
status narudžbe i po potrebi ponovite postupak.
Mihaljević med obvezuje se isporučiti sve naručene
proizvode koji su u trenutku isporuke dostupni na
zalihama. Ukoliko neki od naručenih proizvoda nije
dostupan, kontaktirat ćemo Vas e-mailom radi dogovora
o zamjenskom proizvodu ili otkazivanju.
Slike proizvoda na stranicama su ilustrativne prirode
i ne moraju u potpunosti odgovarati stvarnom izgledu
proizvoda.
Mihaljević med nastoji objavljivati točne i ažurne
podatke, ali ne preuzima odgovornost za potpunu
točnost i potpunost istih.
2.3. Plaćanje
Kupac se obvezuje naručene proizvode platiti
izravnom uplatom na transakcijski račun Mihaljević med:

Po završenoj narudžbi kupac dobiva e-mail s podacima
za uplatu, uključujući 2D barkod za jednostavno
skeniranje mobilnim bankarstvom.
Narudžba se obrađuje nakon što uplata bude vidljiva
na našem računu (u pravilu 1-2 radna dana).
2.4. Otprema (dostava)
Naručena roba pakira se na način da se uobičajenom
manipulacijom u transportu ne može oštetiti. Kupac
je dužan prilikom preuzimanja pošiljku pregledati,
a vidljiva oštećenja odmah prijaviti i odbiti
preuzimanje oštećene pošiljke.

Besplatna dostava ostvaruje se za narudžbe iznad

2.5. Preuzimanje narudžbe
Narudžbe dostavljamo na kućnu adresu kupca putem
ugovorene dostavne službe. Rok za isporuku iznosi do
3 radna dana od zaprimanja uplate.
U rok isporuke ne ulaze:
- dan zaprimanja narudžbe i uplate
- vrijeme kašnjenja zbog netočne ili nepotpune adrese
- vrijeme kašnjenja zbog više sile ili zastoja u
prometu nastalog bez naše krivnje - neradni dani i blagdani
2.6. Povrat i reklamacija
Kupac ima pravo na povrat ili reklamaciju robe u
sljedećim slučajevima:
- isporučena roba nije naručena
- isporučena roba ima grešku ili oštećenja koja
nisu nastala u transportu - robi je istekao rok trajanja prije isporuke
Za svaku reklamaciju potrebno je priložiti originalni
račun.

2.7. Odgovornost za materijalne nedostatke
Sukladno Zakonu o zaštiti potrošača, na odnose
između potrošača i trgovca u slučaju materijalnog
nedostatka primjenjuju se odredbe Zakona o obveznim
odnosima.
Potrošač je obvezan obavijestiti prodavatelja o
postojanju vidljivih nedostataka bez odgađanja, a
najkasnije u roku od dva mjeseca od dana otkrivanja
nedostatka.
Kao prodavatelj ne odgovaramo za materijalni
nedostatak koji se pokaže nakon proteka dvije
godine od prodaje proizvoda.
- Jednostrani raskid ugovora
Kupac ima pravo jednostrano raskinuti ugovor u roku
od 14 dana bez navođenja razloga.
Pravo na jednostrani raskid ostvaruje se
nedvosmislenom izjavom poslanom poštom ili e-mailom,
u kojoj se navodi:
- ime i prezime
- adresa
- broj telefona ili e-mail adresa
3.1. Rok za jednostrani raskid
Rok za jednostrani raskid iznosi 14 dana od dana
isporuke proizvoda (odnosno zadnjeg proizvoda iz
narudžbe).
3.2. Povrat uplaćenog iznosa
U slučaju jednostranog raskida, izvršit ćemo povrat
uplaćenog iznosa, uključujući troškove isporuke,
najkasnije u roku od 14 dana od primitka odluke o
raskidu.
Povrat će biti izvršen na isti način na koji je
kupac izvršio uplatu. Povrat može biti izvršen tek
nakon što nam roba bude vraćena ili nakon što nam
kupac dostavi dokaz da je roba poslana natrag.
3.3. Povrat robe
Robu je potrebno vratiti najkasnije u roku od 14 dana
od dana kad je dostavljena odluka o jednostranom
raskidu.
Smatra se da je obveza povrata izvršena na vrijeme
ako je roba poslana ili predana prije isteka
navedenog roka.
3.4. Troškovi povrata
Troškove povrata robe pri jednostranom raskidu
ugovora snosi kupac.

3.5. Odgovornost za umanjenje vrijednosti robe
Sukladno Zakonu o zaštiti potrošača, kupac je
odgovoran za svako umanjenje vrijednosti robe koje
je rezultat rukovanja robom, osim onog koje je bilo
potrebno za utvrđivanje prirode, obilježja i
funkcionalnosti robe.
Pravo na jednostrani raskid isključeno je u
slučajevima navedenim člankom 79. Zakona o zaštiti
potrošača.
- Pisani prigovor
Pisani prigovor moguće je podnijeti elektroničkom
poštom na adresu: prodaja@mihaljevicmed.hr
Odgovor na prigovor dostavljamo u roku od 15 dana
od zaprimanja.
- Zaštita osobnih podataka
Detaljnije informacije o prikupljanju i obradi
osobnih podataka dostupne su u našoj

Kratki sažetak:
- Registracijom ili kupnjom dajete suglasnost da
Mihaljević med prikuplja i obrađuje Vaše osobne
podatke u svrhu obrade narudžbe i komunikacije. - Imate pravo u svakom trenutku povući suglasnost.

naše baze, putem e-maila.

Prilikom registracije kupac kreira lozinku koju je
dužan čuvati i ne dijeliti s trećim osobama. Kupac
je odgovoran za sve aktivnosti i narudžbe izvršene
pod njegovim korisničkim računom.
U slučaju sumnje na neovlašteni pristup, kupac nas
je dužan obavijestiti na e-mail:

Mihaljević med zadržava pravo zatražiti promjenu
lozinke ili blokirati korisnički račun u slučaju
sumnje na sigurnosni propust.
- Troškovi korištenja
Korištenje web trgovine Mihaljević med ne uključuje
troškove računalne opreme i internetskog pristupa
koje snosi kupac. Mihaljević med ne odgovara za
troškove telefonskih ili podatkovnih usluga koje
mogu nastati prilikom korištenja stranice.
- Intelektualno vlasništvo
Sav sadržaj na stranicama Mihaljević med (tekstovi,
slike, logotipi, dizajn) je zaštićen autorskim
pravima. Komercijalno korištenje sadržaja moguće je
isključivo uz prethodno pisano odobrenje, koje se
može zatražiti na: prodaja@mihaljevicmed.hr
- Dostupnost web trgovine
Mihaljević med nastoji osigurati nesmetan rad
stranice, ali ne jamči stalnu dostupnost. Pristup
može biti privremeno onemogućen zbog tehničkih
radova, održavanja ili nepredviđenih okolnosti.
- Vanjski linkovi
Stranice Mihaljević med mogu sadržavati linkove na
druge internetske stranice. Sadržaj tih stranica
izvan je naše kontrole, te ne odgovaramo za
materijale, proizvode ili usluge dostupne na
povezanim stranicama.
- Izmjene Općih uvjeta
Ovi Opći uvjeti mogu se mijenjati bez prethodne

- Mjerodavno pravo i nadležnost
Na ove Opće uvjete primjenjuje se hrvatsko
materijalno pravo. Za sve sporove koji proizlaze
iz korištenja web trgovine nadležan je sud u Zagrebu.

These General Terms apply to the use of the “mihaljevicmed.hr” online shop, exclusively within the territory of the Republic of Croatia.

The website and other services of the Mihaljević med online shop (purchase with delivery) may be used for personal use free of charge, in accordance with the General Terms set out below.
By using the Mihaljević med online shop, you undertake to comply with these General Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use our pages.
The General Terms are subject to change at any time, and we therefore recommend that you review them on each visit. If you continue to use our pages after such changes, you will be deemed to have agreed to the new General Terms. Mihaljević med shall not be liable for any consequences arising from such changes.
Terms of purchase
These General Terms set out the procedure for ordering, payment, delivery, and complaints regarding products offered on our pages. The purchase process takes place in the following stages:
- Ordering
- Payment
- Shipping (delivery)
- Receipt
- Return / complaint
A customer is considered to be any natural or legal person who registers or places an order via the Mihaljević med online shop.
All prices are stated in euros (EUR) and include VAT. Products are delivered at the prices that were valid at the time of the order, regardless of the delivery date.
Mihaljević med reserves the right not to deliver an order in cases of suspected misuse.
2.1. Registration
To use the services of the Mihaljević med online shop, you must be at least 18 years of age. The customer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all information entered during registration or purchase.
If any of your details change, please update them in your user account under “My Account” as soon as possible.
2.2. Ordering
Products are ordered electronically. By clicking the “Add to cart” button, the selected product is added to the user’s cart. The ordering process consists of three steps:
- Login or entry of account and delivery information
- Selection of payment method, delivery method, and confirmation of acceptance of the General Terms
- Order confirmation
After completing the order, you will receive a confirmation of receipt at the email address provided during registration. If you do not receive a confirmation, please check the status of your order and repeat the process if necessary.
Mihaljević med undertakes to deliver all ordered products that are in stock at the time of delivery. If any of the ordered products is not available, we will contact you by email to arrange a replacement or cancellation.
Product images on the pages are for illustrative purposes and may not fully correspond to the actual appearance of the product.
Mihaljević med strives to publish accurate and up-to-date information but does not assume responsibility for the complete accuracy and completeness of such information.
2.3. Payment
The customer undertakes to pay for the ordered products by direct payment to the Mihaljević med transaction account:

Upon completion of the order, the customer receives an email with payment details, including a 2D barcode for easy scanning via mobile banking.
The order is processed once the payment is visible in our account (typically 1–2 business days).
2.4. Shipping (delivery)
Ordered goods are packaged in such a way that they cannot be damaged by normal handling during transport. Upon receipt, the customer is obliged to inspect the shipment and immediately report any visible damage and refuse to accept the damaged shipment.

Free delivery is available for orders over [amount] € within Croatia, and over [amount] € for EU countries.
2.5. Receipt of the order
We deliver orders to the customer’s home address via the contracted delivery service. The delivery period is up to 3 business days from receipt of payment.
The delivery period does not include:
- the day of receipt of the order and payment
- delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
- delays caused by force majeure or traffic disruptions occurring through no fault of our own
- non-working days and public holidays
2.6. Returns and complaints
The customer has the right to return or file a complaint about the goods in the following cases:
- the delivered goods were not ordered
- the delivered goods have a defect or damage not caused during transport
- the goods expired before delivery
The original receipt must be attached to every complaint.

2.7. Liability for material defects
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, the provisions of the Civil Obligations Act apply to relations between consumers and traders in the case of material defects.
The consumer is obliged to notify the seller of any visible defects without delay, and no later than within two months from the day the defect was discovered.
As the seller, we are not liable for material defects that appear more than two years after the sale of the product.
Unilateral termination of contract
The customer has the right to unilaterally terminate the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The right to unilateral termination is exercised by means of an unambiguous statement sent by post or email, stating:
- first and last name
- address
- telephone number or email address
3.1. Deadline for unilateral termination
The deadline for unilateral termination is 14 days from the day the product was delivered (or the last product from the order).
3.2. Refund of the paid amount
In the event of unilateral termination, we will refund the amount paid, including delivery costs, no later than within 14 days of receiving the termination notice.
The refund will be issued using the same method by which the customer made the payment. The refund may only be issued after the goods have been returned to us, or after the customer provides proof that the goods have been sent back.
3.3. Return of goods
The goods must be returned no later than within 14 days from the day the unilateral termination decision was delivered.
The obligation to return is considered fulfilled on time if the goods are sent or handed over before the expiry of the stated deadline.
3.4. Return costs
The costs of returning the goods in the event of unilateral termination of the contract are borne by the customer.

3.5. Liability for reduction in value of the goods
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, the customer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling, other than what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the goods.
The right to unilateral termination is excluded in the cases set out in Article 79 of the Consumer Protection Act.

We will respond to the complaint within 15 days of receipt.
Protection of personal data

Mihaljević med reserves the right to request a password change or block the user account in the event of a suspected security breach.
Usage costs
Use of the Mihaljević med online shop does not include the cost of computer equipment and internet access, which are borne by the customer. Mihaljević med is not responsible for telephone or data service costs that may arise from use of the site.
Intellectual property
All content on the Mihaljević med pages (texts, images, logos, design) is protected by copyright. Commercial use of the content is permitted only with prior written consent, which may be requested at: prodaja@mihaljevicmed.hr
Availability of the online shop
Mihaljević med strives to ensure uninterrupted operation of the site but does not guarantee its constant availability. Access may be temporarily unavailable due to technical work, maintenance, or unforeseen circumstances.
